Handmade custom type design for a main on end title credits concept for the movie Rango. Each one was hand-drawn with an humorous and playful design, with old west look and a distressed style. This research is not the in final version. They were tested in collaboration with the amazing motion designer Ilya Abulhanov, with his backgrounds, compositions and illustrations. Below are some screengrabs from the motion test.
I made a second hand-drawn typographic research version which also was tested with Ilya's artwork.
